This hotel was well situated for our needs with popular tourist sites in walking distance as well as many places to eat. Check in was smooth; we arrived early and the staff held our luggage until the room was available. The buffet breakfast was fabulous and is highly recommended. Our room was always kept clean and amenities were excellent.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly, and our room was quite big -- a welcome change after we'd stayed in a much smaller hotel in Tokyo. It was a nice walk from the hotel to Okayana Castle and the Korakuen Park, which we enjoyed seeing.

Very comfortable hotel. 10 minutes walking from the station. The beds are very comfortable. The room is spacious. Older style bathroom with a hand held shower in the bath tub. Staff were great. There is a convenience store attached to the lobby.
