"I loved this place! Mid century modern, North American lake house vibes. Super cozy. Very well maintained and super clean. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Gorgeous views and spacious room. "

"It was an amazing family trip and a good experience. I believe the room was renovated, and all amenities were satisfactory. All the staff are very kind. I recommend this hotel for a visit to Rotorua."
"Absolutely LOVED our stay here, with two adults and two young children. One bedroom suite had two large beds, so younger children were able to share.
We were greeted by exceptionally warm staff and they went above and beyond for us. Kids really enjoyed the playground, minigolf and games room. But they especially loved the warm pool (I think it was 32 degrees!) and spa.
The whole place felt so tranquil. I wish we had been able to stay longer.
If we plan another Rotorua visit, Ripple will be first on my list of places to rebook. A simply wonderful experience!"
"Staff were very friendly & welcoming upon arrival. Great parking. Kids loved the park and alpacas outside, right in the centre of everything - bonus was being able to feed the animals too. Our room was #19 - Delux family room with spa. It was very clean & tidy - everyday our towels were replaced with fresh ones and our bins were always emptied. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊"

"Staff was nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean. Beds were good and the place was quiet. Wifi was good and the tv in the room allowed skycasting so we could watch netflix from our phone. Overall basic accomodation that meets all your needs for a very nice price."
