"Convenient location close to nearby restaurants. Room was clean, had a fridge but no microwave. Air conditioning worked well. The toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up, you had to hold it in place or sit down. We browsed the complimentary breakfast but didn't have time to try it, it seemed fairly basic with coffee / juice / yogurt / bread products. Walls were a little thin, we could hear our neighbor sneezing. Parking garage was full but we were able to find street parking on the same block....

"The property has 3 tattoo shops across the street and a corner market behind it that attracted some characters. On the other side of the hotel is a park that looked beautiful but also added to a sense of insecurity about what activity we might be surrounded by through the night. "Every thing about my stay was really enjoyable. The location was great, I walked to downtown and was able to see an event, there were plenty of places nearby to go eat, and the room was fantastic. Check in was super easy, and parking was NOT an issue!"

"Oh man I wish I could leave a better review. I feel so bad when I label a property as bad, even when it is. Parking was terrible. Ran out of spots 2 of 3 nights. Wow. And spaces were tiny Housekeepers didn't want to clean the room. And the breakfast was really bad I hope they fix their issues and become a better property."

"Extremely dirty, we know it is not a fancy hotel but at least should be clean, literally not even the floor was moped. It says it is a non-smoking building but the room stinks so bad, it felt like someone was smoking like a minute before we entered the room. Spider's webs and dirt on the walls, dirt on the AC which was barely functioning, microwave and fridge dirty, only one washcloth and the worst, the bed sheets had really visible yellow stains. "To many strange people wandering about. They put us in room 118 next to the lobby? Office. On other side of wall was the breakfast again ?. All three mornings they started banging the wall at very early to set up the coffee. I use just cream , not available. At end of walkway was 4 garbage cans filled over capacity with garbage. Very disappointed. The hotel in San Rafael was much better."

"The breakfast was spectacular and they were very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Gourmet 3 course breakfast! We stayed in the cottage and was nice and quiet with lots of privacy. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The hosts were super nice and was wonderful to know the history of the Inn."
