"Coffee maker didn't work. Inconvenience of getting ice from machine downstairs, paid parking meter, not much to do in the area, we left something behind in the room from our app indicating item was still in the room, called hotel to ask housekeeper to check and they said they would return the call and never did, wrote a message to inform manager and no response. "

"Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy! The pool was a little cold but adjusted to it nicely. The hot tub we had all to ourselves although when the jets were on, it overflowed with so many bubble suds like a washing machine out of a movie! But temperature was good. Just wish they would open spa 7am instead of 9am. The coffee in the lobby was delicious and hot and they use Farmers Brothers! If you are in the Santa Rosa area, this was a nice stay overall for the price!"

"Staff was nice but not very helpful. Room surfaces were dirty. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom door would not stay shut. Was nice location. Overall nice for the price and location. Parking was a bit of a hassle. "

"Unfortunately this was just a quick overnight stay for an early morning hospital appt. 4 minutes from SR Memorial! We've stayed here many times and always love it. Pool area is great, restaurant is great. We love it here! Signage needs to be improved to find check in lobby though. Very convenient hotel/resort!"

"We adore The Astro! The retro details are everywhere, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing, and the grounds are delightful! The beds are extremely comfortable, best night of sleep we've had in a while. Can't wait until our next stay!"

"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick. Hot tub was hot. The free breakfast was great- waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. Location was across the street walking distance to Costco and Applebee’s. They had a great stay. "

"Insufficient water flow to take a shower. Very thin sheets and no extra blankets in the room. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Fast, responsive service that ultimately didn't fix much. Breakfast was not worth eating."

Broken things: hot tub jets, fitness room water, hotel deodorizer, room coffee maker, shower head and water pressure. The good everyone was friendly & location. Too expensive to justify the list of broken amenities and smelliness of the elevator and floor two. "
