"Centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Vanessa and team were very responsive to our needs even prior to our stay. One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. "Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"
