A very cute place for our family of 5. It was a 15 minute walk from the station and 25 minutes to the main square. Everything was clean and the area was quiet. There was also a complementary bottle of wine and coffee in the room for us to enjoy.

This hotel is amazing. Clearly very recently renovated and has all updated modern features and beautiful design choices! Check in was easy and the staff were incredibly helpful after a long day of travel and went above and beyond to assure we had a water taxi to deliver us directly to the hotel dock! They also allow you to store your luggage for free after check out which is a huge bonus! Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Venice!

Everything was bright, clean and new in the unit. Comfortable beds, easy check-in. The best thing was the exceptional location, near many amazing restaurants and about 10-15 minute walk to the train station, as well as Ca'Rezzonica, where you can pick up the Vaporretta to San Marcos square. This property opened in May after two years of renovation. It is truly a special retreat in Venice! The staff was also exceptional! Do not hesitate to stay!

Well equipped throughout. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also a nicer area to stay if you don’t mind walking otherwise public transport is an easy walking distance. Staff are very helpful. I only had an internet connection problem but it was because my internet wasn’t working properly when I was outside the entrance. Doors are opened using an app.

Beautiful apartments in a quiet area of Venice. Beautifully remodel apartments with all the comfort. They are located in a quiet area of Venice, close to the vaporetto and bus station and walkable to st. Marks piazza and basilica. Would definitely recommend, it was great! Safe and clean

Super clean, spacious, and best of all was Andrea and Marco, front desk/concierge who did a lot of work to help us with restaurant suggestions, reservations, questions ahead of time and even booking water taxis to the hotel, and from the hotel to VCE airport after... seamless, clear prompt and helpful communications. These two were aces, to add to a beautiful room!! definitely would use again!!

Einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist nagelneu, super gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen, aber zentralen Lage – die ideale Kombination. Alles, was man braucht, ist direkt um die Ecke: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants – und der Bahnhof ist bequem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Komfort, Ruhe und Nähe zur Stadt suchen!

What a fabulous place! Everything about it was great. The location is just off the tourist centre of Venice, nice local vibe and still walkable to all attractions. The communication has been great throughout, the team were so helpful. The apartment itself was so new, immaculate clean and functional, it has everything you possibly need and is well designed. We would be 100% returning!

This place was wonderful and I wish it was longer. The apartments were modern in design, and immaculately clean. Lovely view of the canal outside our window. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of cute additions were left in the apartment to make us feel special. Great locality, very neat to the train and bus stations. Wonderful stay and we hope to return!
