I cannot thank the staff at breakfast enough for the fuss they made of him on the last day. The only negative is that we weren't blessed with the best weather but we are already looking at booking again. "

"Don't get a room by the residential side. Jack Russell dog barked all night for five nights - and large part of the day Check if all pool areas are open before booking. Large parts were shut down - even over easter holiday weekend Concierge awful. Asked to book an outside restaurant day before. Did not leave voicemail or note to say outside restaurant was full. Meant we could find nowhere on Easter Sunday lunch. Property is under renovation. Drilling one of the days. Property looking tired. As you enter driveway grass and weeds sprouting through Dining/dinner staff good Breakfast staff not helpful Mattress good Spa staff unfriendly and kids banned from pool apart from 9am-12 noon. Strictly one towel each. Will not stay again "
