Staff at the hotel are super helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean, amenities were of good quality. Definitely the best hotel in the area. Breakfast selection was good. Overall, a great hotel to stay at as a family of 4 (3 year old and 6 year old)

Nice updated and clean hotel. Beds are a little firm and you need to bring a top sheet as in Europe they don't use top sheets just duvet and bottom sheet. Concierge staff were amazing helping us with whatever we need. Stayed for 2 weeks so took advantage of the breakfast buffet. They had a good variety of foods to choose from. If ordering lunch or supper was a bit pricey so we ate mostly at restaurants around the hotel. Lots to choose from as this hotel is in a nice location 25 minutes walking to Silema or the other way Balluta Bay area. General manager took time to meet and talk with guests.

The hotel is situated overlooking the lovely Balluta Bay, which is the quiet and less crowded area of St Julians. The hotel is magnificent and worthy of its 5-star status, which superb pools, from rooftop to very large main pool with plenty of space, the inside pool and spa was very relaxing. All staff were excellent, of particular note was Sanju who provided exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive service, throughout our stay, nothing was to much trouble and her knowledge of the island, where to go and how to get there was exemplary. Breakfast was fabulous with the egg station at the centre, often managed by Renno who gave a master class for multitasking. A relaxing holiday.

The staff were amazingly friendly and nothing was too much for them. Overall would recommend the hotel, the facilities are good and hotel is in a great location. My only criticism is not having a sink in the separate toilet in the room.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I have to say it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The views from our room were spectacular. The staff were amazing. The facilities were great. I never understand why children are excluded from the indoor pools and roof top pools in any hotel as families pay the same amount if not more for the stay, but we knew that before we booked up, so can't complain too much. The staff went the extra mile! The rooms were spotless and always cleaned very quickly after leaving and turned down on a night time. The Club Lounge was fantastic. All in all it was amazing and really helped us cope wi the sweltering Maltese heat.
