Great apartment hotel room in Msida near the university. Plenty of restaurants and food shops within easy walking distance. Several very nice coffee shops nearby. Bistro77 on the ground floor has really good seafood dishes. The laundry facilities were clean and efficient. The staff was helpful and quite friendly. All around great place to stay.

Friendly staff, was great being able to use the swimming pool and gym showers and provided with towels on our last day for when we had a late evening. Coffee is well priced on the ground floor. Great air-conditioning and good shower pressure, however room maintenance to be improved as kettle was dirty and black mould in shower grout. We stay at the end of the summer season. Quiet residential area but close to many bus stops. Short bus journey into Valletta.

I thought this hotel was in Valleta but it was the middle of nowhere with no restaurants or shops near by. but it was close to many stops so it was easy to get around. the staff are very nice but our room was not very clean even after i asked for it to be cleaned again. the sofa bed is most uncomfortable and certainly not worth the 20 euro extra i paid for 8 nights even though i only needed it for 4 nights. i certainly will not be staying here again. i have to say the shower was great even if it was not very clean. i’m

Even though the hotel was clean and good looking, opposite was a construction site that operated from 7am to 5pm mon to sat. The hotel is not on a bus route so very hard for for people with limited mobility to get to attractions

I thought i was booking a hotel that have the additional facilities of an apartment. However the reverse is true Its an apartment that you can have breakfast included. Ideal for family but if you're expecting turned down rooms with refreshments replenish ed this wont happen. The hotel was tidy and rooms were spacious.

Staff went above and beyond to help us out. Any query was solved immediately without hesitation. They opened the restaurant early for us so that we could catch our flight - the chef and bartender were amazing -incredible food and exceptional customer service. All receptionist were extremely helpful and made arrangements for us, helped with luggage, lets us use the facilities after checkout and made our entire stay enjoyable and stress free. Fantastic customer service all round!

Claimed to have parking on-site. NO parking is available, which was why we chose this place, but only parking available on the street (for free). The apartment itself appeared very new and had all necessary amenities. Only issue was that the room was interior, and it got very humid in the bathroom due to this, which made the temperature very difficult to control. The rooftop pool is amazing and the staff was very welcoming.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I asked to change my first room and they did. Truly excellent staff. Malta however is not great. The buses never come. You can wait an hour or more for a bus. It’s awful so …. But the hotel staff was very kind

Not sound proofed as stated. You can hear the other rooms around you. Even after being moved because of the noise we were put into room 601. Do not use this room it is next to the electrical room it makes so much noise you can't hear yourself talking. The restaurant is very expensive. If you are looking for a peaceful and quite hotel this is not it. The staff are nice but they are limited on what they can do.

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Its a short distance from the airport and easy to find. Well connected for buses which ran regularly. We hired a car, parking all over malta is a nightmare but especially around this hotel, it was near a school and the university so we never attempted parking near the accommodation as there was never a space free. We found space approximately a 10 min walk away which suited us. The hotel was fairly quiet, we were on the 10th floor and our only complaint about our whole time there was being woken up daily by people above in the pool area, presumably workers setting up for the day. They made lots of noise, moving things around on the concrete floor which created sound right through into the bedroom we were in below. It wasn't a pleasant way to be woken up each morning. We used the gym which was clean, well equipped, the rooftop pool was also a nice addition but we never used it. The room was clean when we arrived and there's signs everywhere saying rooms are only cleaned after 8 days which we didn’t mind, they provide clean towels on request. The room was cleaned, and fresh bedding provided on day 8 but we left the next morning. We felt this was a little pointless for the housekeeping team having to do it all over again less than 24 hours later. Overall we would stay here again, preferably on a lower floor but it was centrally located and provided a good base to explore Malta.
