"Everything from the moment we arrived was top notch. Staff opened the doors anytime you came/went, porters were great with luggage handling, and rooms were well serviced. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Comfy bed and lots of plugs around the room as well lighting controls makes for a very usable space for longer stays. Having the pool/spa area downstairs is another great plus as it afforded us a way to shower after long flights as we arrived in the early morning prior to a room being available. We also used the pool during our stay and found it very clean and comfortable to enjoy. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Sydney!"
