"For the area of Sandakan that this hotel is in this is a pretty good option if you really have to stay here! I would not recommend the area at all. The staff here were very attentive and friendly. "There are improvements being carried out, which will make a difference in the future. We were unable to get the advertised wifi at all, despite the router being reset many times. This was annoying.
