First off this is a second floor property and the elevator was inaccessible when we got there. "The hotel was clean, however we found a bedbug on the incoming towels. 😒. We reported it to the staff and either they weren't surprised or didn't care. Things you should know: 1) Rooms are on the 2nd floor - no elevator and the stairway is enclosed with open hallway/balcony.
