The property was quiet and all people relating to guest services was very helpful, friendly, and kind. My main complaint is the overall condition of the property was run down. Our room appeared clean but has a mouse problem. I would not stay here again.

PIB October Weekend

Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed.

Nice place if you don’t mind driving downtown

Room was clean and updated. Located a short drive from downtown area and other attractions. All four beds in the unit were squeaky and very uncomfortable. Kitchen was missing a few cooking necessities. And communication with guest services was very inconsistent. Everyone I spoke to gave me different info on whether or not pool was open (two said it was, one said it was not and it actually was not although it was 75 degrees all week) price and drop off hours for golf cart, location of main office, etc. Contract said bring your own towels and sheets but we got there and towels were provided. Description said we had a private entrance but we did not. The inconsistency was a little frustrating. But overall a decent stay and I would stay here again but in a lake view room if I’m fine driving everywhere otherwise I would stay downtown.

All good except TV didn't work. (Two controllers, 50 buttons on each, had to consult friend's young son to find the magic combination.) Nice porch with view of lake. Cracked bathroom door frame (at latch) which caused us no problems but I worried I might be blamed for it, given all the fierce warnings about being held responsible for damage. Reading those handouts gives the impression your tenants are destructive hooligans (price of replacement fridge door???), which is somewhat unnerving.to a couple of guys in their 70s.

Overall the stay was an enjoyable one. Our bad luck the mayflies decided to show up so the balcony wasn't the best spot but it definitely would've been a nice place to enjoy an evening. When we first checked in, we didnt have any towels and after calling several times and being hung up on the first nite we waited till morning to email management. Within an hour or so the towels arrived. Other than that we had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying there again!

The condos are beautiful and updated! The view of the lake is amazing. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the lake view. The condo was large enough to accommodate our entire group. The staff was great from start to finish. Our condo was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the Put-in-Bay Condos!

Great views

The condo was very clean & nice, we stayed in Condo 1. Wonderful view of the lake from both bedrooms. It was great for 2 couples to stay in a relaxing environment but not far from activities. Too bad they are in the mist of construction, it was a little hard to find Condos. It looks like the views maybe obstructed next time with a new condo. I would here again.

Overall, it was really nice. The rooms were clean and looked like the pictures. Just a couple of things you may want to note. There is no wifi in the room, which we knew beforehand, but the wifi at the pool didn't work either. Also the grill was pretty dirty, so we didn't use it. Lastly, this is really more geared to singles than families, so keep that in mind. Your fellow renters will probably be partying. It didn't disturb my family, but you may be more sensitive than us.
