The facility and surrounding area appeared clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, we encountered several issues during our stay that impacted our experience. First, we found what appeared to be a pubic hair in the shower upon arrival, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Additionally, the lock on our balcony door was broken, which felt unsafe throughout our stay. We informed the front desk but to no avail. Most disappointing, however, was the sleeper experience. The king-size bed was extremely uncomfortable—nigh my husband and I felt the mattress was thin, lacked padding, and comparable to sleeping on cardboard. This significantly affected our ability to rest and enjoy our time. We hope these concerns are addressed to improve further guest experiences. Thank you, L.Dotson

10/10 I have no complaints. We had a balcony. Very peaceful we were able to see the water from the balcony. I never make breakfast, so I can't speak on that, but the shower felt good, and I slept like a baby in that bed.

Nice but noisy

Nice place with a friendly helpful staff. Loved that there was a bar with a restaurant in the lobby! Our server was soooo nice!! The only downside is that it is right next to a very busy highway. The area around the hotel is not very pretty.
