When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. "There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in.
