"Our Stay at BE was a mixed bag. Overall staff was very friendly. Randy and Isha made us feel very welcome on our first night! Went downhill from there. We paid for 2 rooms and were promised breakfast. On our second morning a staff member confronted my wife that our 15 year old daughter would have to pay 350 pesos to eat. Very tacky.
