"Everything was wonderful beautiful resort"

"The beach is the only thing that was 5 stars. The room-the bathroom ceiling and toilet leaked. (Maintenance came but leak didn’t get fixed). I shut the water off to the toilet at night to sleep. The bed was hard. The speakers at the pool were so loud that we never used the pool. We also couldn’t take a nap because of the noise in the room. The food was good enough. We stayed 7 days and were looking forward to our bed to be able to sleep. Not a relaxing vacation."

"Food was not seasoned and not as hot as I expected. Rooms needed updating. Cleaning lady was very rude the first day because I asked for a wash cloth. My refrigerator was leaking the first night. AC was cut at 22 so it feels humid and you feel hot. Would not recommend this hotel. The waiters and bartender was great!! That the only part. Jose is the best bartender. "

"it was an amazing stay. The pool was great! It is super close to the beach. Also, the breakfast buffet was delightful and the Asian hibachi experience was great and tasty. Make sure to get the transportation at the hotel because it’s a lot more affordable. You could even go to the other hotel where there’s even more amenities. Would 100% come back here again."
