Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everyone worked extremely hard to ensure that all guests were comfortable and well taken care of, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed.
A special thank you to Edwin, who was very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with making reservations, which we greatly appreciated, and always made sure everything was well organized.
The dining experience was excellent, especially at Kabuki, the Japanese restaurant, and Don Jaume Steakhouse. Both restaurants were absolutely fantastic and quickly became our favorites during the trip.
We would also like to recognize Chichi, who served us at both the steakhouse and the Seaside breakfast buffet. He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. One evening, I accidentally ordered the wrong dish. When the meal arrived, I explained the misunderstanding, and without hesitation or any sign of annoyance, he kindly assured me that he would be more than happy to bring exactly what I had intended to order. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel very welcomed and cared for.
One of my favorite parts of each day was waking up in the morning and enjoying breakfast at the Seaside Buffet while overlooking the ocean. It was peaceful, beautiful, and truly added to the overall experience."
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort
6/10 Okay
"The beach was beautiful and there was a lot of variety in pools/ water activities for kids. The one thing I did not like is that the pools were only open from 10 AM to 6 PM and there were not a lot of evening activities for kids like I would’ve expected being a kid friendly resort. Overall, the staff was very friendly, but the resort really pushes their sales. It’s very commercial and people are always trying to upsell and push you to buy more of their vacation packages."
"Chadary who worked in the family select restaurants The Nest and Cathedral was an excellent source of hospitality and information during my stay. Her hospitality made my son and I very comfortable. I wish she was my assigned butler"
"This was the first time going to Punta Cana and staying at the Excellence El Carmen. The place was beautiful. We had the plunge pool room which was located on the rooftop above the restaurants. The resort is big, but not too big to be able to get around comfortably. They were very cautious to let people in the resort that are not staying, so you always feel safe. We ate at several of the restaurant, but not all of them due the several to pick from and all the food was delicious. Remember, you can always pick several from the appetizers and several entrées so don’t feel like you’re over ordering.
The only thing that I can think of is that they need to fix or update the USB ports in the rooms ours did not work but the plugs did. Entertainment was nice, but could have been better, but that is just my opinion."
