"The property itself was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was amazing. The beach out front was very dirty. They can at least clean it every morning before we go out to lounge on the beach and we wish there was more entertainment there at the hotel."

"The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and most if not all of them know English. The food at the buffet was hit or miss, some stuff is good some is just okay. They rotate the menu around everyday so there is always something different which was nice. The teppanyaki restaurant was excellent, great food and a great show. We were disappointed with the pools. We went in July and it’s VERY hot and humid, we were expecting that and planned to spend a lot of time in the pools. Unfortunately the water was warm and not refreshing at all. All pools including the hot tub felt like the same temperature. This was the biggest disappointment for us. They also close the snack bar outside very early 5:30pm and the pools at 8pm when it actually feels good to be outside. Overall the stay was fine but we probably wouldn’t go back, at least not in the summer."

"This hotel is definitly as advertised with authentic ambiance and mexican charm. It was exactly what I was looking for for a last minute, solo get away. The neaeby beach area was accessible and adequate. The all inclusive was nice. Breakfast and the Fiesta night buffet were excellent. Othee lunxh and dinnwe buffets wwre an odd combination of mostly mediocre Italian and Chinese. Personally I go to Mexico expecting to eat Mexican food! The pool closed a bit early. Also note: wifi is only on common areas- not rooms, but only the rooms have AC. Common areas do not and could really have used some more fans-especially the dining area! The gardens and courtyard wwrw lovely and the iguanas fun!"
