Staff worked very hard to accommodate us - especially the restaurant staff. Hotel was very clean but very busy. Hotel was fully booked. Pool water was nice. However, the beaches were littered with Horse poop. While the beaches are not the property of the hotel, I think the Hotel could exert more ...

Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive
This was the absolute best resort we've ever stayed at. The food was delicious and great quality. The staff was friendly and professional. The entire resort was spotless clean! We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment. Words can't express how amazing Riu Palace Pacifico is!
