Location was great on the Malecon (ocean walk). Large room with a king-size bed and large balcony, though the afternoon sun gets hot. Convienence of a Mini kitchen, although with all the restaurant options, we never used anything except the refrigerator. No pool, nice terrace on roof with loungers ...

The location was perfect! I emailed the hotel two times before arriving and they responded very quickly and accommodated my requests. The staff were very welcoming. The rooftop pool/bar area has some quirky rules but nothing that was a show stopper.
