"We had a very lovely second stay at this hotel.
The apartment's were well appointed and spotlessly clean
Lovely comfortable beds and nice new towels.
You can get pool side towels at the hotel with a slip ( no deposit) just a signature.
Food was overall good and there was all the usual choices for breakfast. The choices were much the same each day with the variety of pastries being the main difference. The pool was clean and well kept as were the grounds. The mini supermarket on site was brilliant with all the essentials.
Would definitely come here again and highly recommend "
"The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon.
The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's.

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet.
We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us.
Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
The main resort strip is about 15 minute walk. "
"The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. Well done! "
"Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient
Could be improved:
Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it
Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy
Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data
Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use
No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar"
