Although I have given 5 stars for staff and service this is more a reflection upon the staff that are working very hard in what is clearly an understaffed hotel. "I love this hotel. I always stay here every time i vist lanzarote.(lots) great location, friendly staff, superior rooms are great, light airey room. Bathrooms need a little updating from my experience and it would be nice to have some cleaning equipment eg brush for floors"

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet.
We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us.
Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
