"My significant other and I went on our first vacation together here. For it to be our first vacation it was relaxing and beautiful. The reviews on the staff are mixed. Some of the staff was amazing and some of the staff seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. The housekeeping was great at the room felt really clean. We had the room with the wraparound balcony. I highly recommend that. But the activities were lacking, and the night entertainment was terrible. We are both in our early 40s and I felt like the entertainment was geared for people in their 60s. The property was very nice, but definitely wear and tear that could use some updating… also do not get fooled by them telling you that you have a credit for booking through Orbitz. They say it’s not a timeshare presentation but it is a time share presentation. We ended up doing it and it took up a lot of time. Fortunately, it was bad weather so we didn’t miss out on anything great by going and they did give us good incentive so in the end, we felt it was worth it, but you have to gauge that yourself. Im mixed feelings if I would return because the food was really good. The property was very pretty, but the beach was beautiful but I like more music and entertainment options. Overall, it was a nice experience if you’re looking for a quieter vacation then this is the spot for you."

"The variety of foods was very good. The hotel and beach were very well maintained. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The pools were very clean with different atmospheres for each pool setting which was awesome for how you wanted to spend your day. The only negative was that we wish the A/C could be set a little lower but was ok in the room with ceiling fan. Definitely will stay there again."

"The resort is very nice, clean, and well maintained. Our room was a perfect size and was kept clean all day. Darwin, a bartender in the adult pool area, was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. The only downside in my opinion is that the pool bars don't open until 11am and close 6pm. It is an all inclusive resort and should be open longer."

"Our overall experience at the hotel was good, but it had a bump early on. At the restaurant, some waitresses took a long time to check on us and seemed disengaged, which was frustrating. But once we talked to the manager, things turned around. The bartender was fantastic, the concierge was top-notch, and the manager made sure we were taken care of after the complaint. They even surprised us with thoughtful touches to make up for the initial service issue. In the end, it was a positive stay, just keep an eye on consistency with the waitstaff!"
