"We had a wonderful experience at H10 Cancun! The resort is clean, modern, and perfectly located on a stunning beachfront. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful ocean view, comfortable bed, and a great rain shower. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The food was great — a mix of buffet and à la carte restaurants, and we especially enjoyed the Mexican and Asian options. Drinks were strong, service was quick, and the beach bar was a nice bonus. The main infinity pool has amazing views and a great atmosphere, and there's also a quieter adult-only section if you want to relax. What really stood out was the service — and we want to give a special shout-out to Manuel, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, activity info, or just checking in to make sure we were doing okay, he made our trip extra special. Thank you, Manuel!"

"Huge property. Lots of walking. Buffet at the Palace was excellent. Restaurants were a nice change. Snorkeling/swimming with turtles was the highlight. Activities staff were awesome. A dedicated coffee shop and area for quick snacks would be a good addition. "

"Our stay was amazing. The staff is so kind and attentive. They accommodated our group of 13 at dinner and breakfast regularly. They were very strict with who was allowed on property. We always felt safe. It was also a great location and easy to walk to 5th Ave shopping. "
