"No beach to walk or ocean to swim in. The staff tells you everything you want hear and then they don’t do anything thing they said they would do. Paid for “VIP” and definitely was not shown that. Also!! The Big one they told me on 2 different days that we did not pay. I had to argue with them for about an hour even with proof. It took a second manager to settle it and then when we checked out they said we did not pay again. Also, they told me they might not our driver I to pick us up, that we would have to walk to the road. Lucky for us they let him in. "

"Pros: Amazing food best I’ve had in a Mexican resort Service Hospitality Staff Cons: Price zero stars, every on resort is ridiculously expensive for what you are buying Taxi’s from resorts is insane, $47 CAD to Playa Del Carmen 1 way! From resort to airport $170 CAD! Room Shower door not closing Blankets way too think and sheet too thin so either woke up in a pool of sweat or freezing not ideal Pillows one of the most uncomfortable pillows have ever slept on Resort credit can only be used before arrival and was not explained to use by our pre trip booking agent to help with these credits, hard to predict everything you want to do before you get there. No suggestions or follow up from the agent Live music was not great, very poor night time entertainment Entertainment not great compared Bahia Principe for example that was way better for entertainment."

"The staff is amazing unlimited food and drinks all types of food dont think about it just go ahead and book !!! Feels so much like a vacation you never want to leave . Great price for everything ."

"Great overall experience. Was a bit disappointed, the margaritas were pre-paid in a jug. I’m from Toronto, and our Mexican restaurants have much better margaritas than this resort, which is sad. Other than that, you get what you paid for in this resort. "

"Everything about this resort was lovely. The staff, the room, the critters running around. My one caveat, and this would probably dissuade me from returning, is the loud music blaring from 8am on. The beach pool was much nicer because it was way quieter so you just heard the sounds of people having fun. But, it would be nice to enjoy the pool right outside our room. The buffet food was generally good but we were unable to get a reservation for any of the specialty restaurants. Our visit to the beach restaurant was aborted when, after waiting in line, we were told they couldn't put 2 tables together for our party of 7 because of reservations by the Privilege Club members. Not a good look."

"Hi, I enjoyed my stay. The resort and grounds are nice. The buffet food is meh but was able to find enough. The al a carte restaurants were better but tough to get reservations. They were all full even though they are only actually ~30% full when we got there. The beach is rocky unless you go down to Tulum resort. I am suffering from a lot of bites on my legs I assume were sand fleas from the beach. The entertainment was good on a couple nights, not so much on others. Nightlife is done a 11:30. No place to congregate or get drinks after that. Pay for the upgrade to use the other resorts as well or may get bored. Couple better restaurants at the other resorts. It was generally a good vacation but could use some improvements."
