"I would say the stay was good. I loved the rooftop and when we went, the 21st floor was available for guest only, which allowed for a beautiful view as the famous rooftop they are known for, but with less of the crowd. The rooms were clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again. The only thing that was just “ok” for me was the breakfast buffet. The selection was minimal, however, I think I have been spoiled by my incredible breakfast buffet elections in Turkey. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"Very good location, next to the Recoletos metro stop, and the Archeological museum. One thing they need to fix: if you get a. room with two single beds, the shared headboard has reading lamps mounted in the center of each bed with sharp corners ready to split your scalp when you sit up. It also makes it impossible to sit up in bed since there is a sharp, square, light fixture in the middle of your back."
