"Excellent service end to end, from concierge staff to cleaners. Very well equipped and maintened gym. Panaromic view at the lobby on 38th floor. Very clean and spacious room. Furniture and TV dated though, unable to cast. Will come again."

"Not a good start as the room first assigned to me the curtains drop. Fortunately I was given another room. Though the 2nd room provided was much better, the furniture are tearing apart like the leather work chair, coffee machine wasn’t clean as I had to depose of old capsules still in the unit. JW Marriott I am pretty sure you can do better. The other thing pillows are flat and uncomfortable."

"Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done."
