"I would happily stay here again! Alex, the owner, served breakfast each day and chats with people. Leroy, the manager, is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You couldn’t pick a better location in Williamsburg to be close to W&M or Colonial Williamsburg. Parking is behind the building and it was easy to get in and out. The area is quiet at night and very safe. I had high expectations when I booked my stay here and they were exceeded! Everything you’d expect and want from a B&B."

"I had never stayed in a bed-and-breakfast before, but my wife convinced me it would be fun. Little did I know how great this experience would be. When we arrived, we were greeted by Angela, the innkeeper. What a wonderful woman. A great host, a great cook, and a wealth of information about Williamsburg. This may have been one of our greatest vacations we would gladly go back again. Angela, thank you again for a great time. Andy and Donna."

"Great location and stay. Beautifully decorated inn. First day breakfast was outstanding but second day was a bit more average quality. Fruits and eggs from premises. Bed was very high 4 poster and required stairs for me to get in so a bit nervous on safety but very comfortable for sleeping. Snacks and beverages in kitchen with excellent coffee machine. Overall, we would stay at this location again. "

"We really liked this place. The location was great for what we wanted to which was see colonial Williamsburg. The house and room were nice and very clean, no funny smells or anything like that. Breakfast was good and they had the best coffee! Staff was very friendly also. Would definitely stay here again next time we stay in Williamsburg."

The accommodations were lovely - cozy and inviting decor with several different seating areas for guests downstairs to relax outside of their rooms in addition to a open and large kitchen - dining area. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well appointed. The Breakfasts were suburb! Stephanie, the B & B hostess out-did herself with her hospitality. "This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

"Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin with my significant other, in-laws, and two dogs. The porch was equipped with a large picnic table and two chairs with an umbrella. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom, and small living area with fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and neat. Peter was a great at answering my questions and very friendly. It was a very well maintained campground. Will stay there again when in the Williamsburg area! "
