"There was a city tax (not mentioned on Expedia like other hotels do) and they haven't refunded my deposit yet (so idk about that for now), the hvac was centralized so it was extremely cold even after we reported it to the front desk a couple of times, and it was already freezing in Chicago during our stay. It's in a good neighborhood and everything is at a walking distance. The lounge was the best part about the place, though. Also, you can keep your bags at the front desk after checking out for a while, so that was convenient."
