"Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should allow"

"We fell in love with our 1 week stay at The Tides Grace Bay. Brenda, Joe, Justin and the staff were exceptional. The Tides Hotel met all of our expectations, we were within walking distance to the beach. Brenda the property manager was a delight to get to know during our stay, since they are the ones ensuring our comfort. The people who are ensuring our experience are the ones ensuring things are moving. While your there get to the people and it's land history. The Junkanoo museum was a wonderful experience for my mom and aunts, they learn and enjoy the history and it's music.y family is from Guatemala and being in Turks and caicos was unreachable and I am glad that my sister, cousin and I made that fantasy come true. The Tides Grace Bay can't thank you enough for being so wonderful to us. We hope we can come back in the near future and definitely will be staying at your Hotel again.."

"The Royal West Indies – Truly an Amazing Experience! 🌴🌊 My stay at The Royal West Indies was truly amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room had a beautiful, generously sized balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and ocean. Happy hour every day from 5–7 PM was a great bonus, and Gab was the absolute best! Shoutout to Gab for making my experience even more enjoyable! The beach was hands down one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend The Royal West Indies to anyone looking for a relaxing tropical getaway with beautiful scenery, outstanding hospitality, and an incredible beach. I can’t wait to return! ☀️🏝️"

"Our stay at Windsong at the Reef was wonderful! The resort is well-maintained and the staff is very responsive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to use snorkel equipment, kayaks, and bicycles. Our meals on site were well made with fresh ingredients, and we particularly liked being about to eat the continental breakfast or apply credit to our choice of a la carte options. I don't eat meat and wish that I could have substituted avocado for the bacon or sausage on a dish without paying extra for the addition. We celebrated our anniversary during the trip and were thrilled to be greeted with complimentary champagne. Excellent!"
