"I last stayed their approx. 5 years ago and where most hotels in S.A. have deteriorated this hotel is still excellent"

"Well the food choices was very small. Being a vegan their wasn't many choices. But a nice manager there did try to help but it just didn't work out."

"Everything was fantastic BUT trying to phone that hotel is impossible. A well spoken receptionist is most needed. Why are we not get an email address or phone number of hotel we booking at in case we have some extra request or need an answer? Very frustrating. But once there all magic"
