"A wonderful property to stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was large with two bathrooms. Very nice old world charm. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast and service was not up to the standards of the room and cost. Breakfast was included but was limited and was served cold though the plate was very hot? We had dinner one evening it was expensive and the vegetables were cold but the meat was warm and delicious. We were the only guest and the service was slow...

We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. "We stayed over for one night. This property is situated between Pretoria's two major shopping malls-the Broolyn mall and the Menlyn Mall. Brooklyn is about three minutes drive from the property and Menlyn about seven minutes. It is situated in a very quiet affluent neighborhood with 24 hour security. Only guests are allowed in at the gate of the property. The size of the room is quite generous as is the bathroom.
