"A wonderful property to stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was large with two bathrooms. Very nice old world charm. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast and service was not up to the standards of the room and cost. Breakfast was included but was limited and was served cold though the plate was very hot? We had dinner one evening it was expensive and the vegetables were cold but the meat was warm and delicious. We were the only guest and the service was slow...

"3 of us stayed for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment at Waterfalls. The staff are super friendly & provided much guidance. They have a large generator to overcome load shedding... Breakfasts are excellent!"

"Our stay was great. The only problem was that I booked for 4 people. 2 Adults and 2 Children and on the confirmation letter it said breakfast included. However when we went for breakfast (we were 2 adults and 1 child) there was only 2 on the breakfast list and i had to pay for 1 extra. The breakfast was delicious."
