"A lovely facility with sizable rooms, nice pool and delicious food. The service was not up to standard as at check in we were not informed of ANY house rules and it was rather challenging when we returned from dinner having being locked out of the entire hotel section and no security guard or assistance was in sight. "We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...

"Our stay was great. The only problem was that I booked for 4 people. 2 Adults and 2 Children and on the confirmation letter it said breakfast included. However when we went for breakfast (we were 2 adults and 1 child) there was only 2 on the breakfast list and i had to pay for 1 extra. The breakfast was delicious."
