"The Morrison-Clark Inn has officially become my new staycation spot in Washington, DC! The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of many of DC's top attractions, and anything farther is just a quick Uber ride away. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every single team member—from the valet and front desk to housekeeping and the bar staff—goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Everyone is genuinely warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing self-care getaway. After a day of exploring the city, unwinding in such a beautiful space was exactly what I needed. The food at the bar was delicious, and the bartender was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a charming boutique hotel with outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and a fantastic location, I can't recommend the Morrison-Clark Inn enough. I already know I'll be back!"

"The hotel was a bit outdated. It reminded me of a hotel built in the 60's. I traveled to D.C. with my 16 year old son, and we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean/well kept, and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit tight, but ok for a couple night's stay. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, museums, and Chinatown. My only complaint was that there was no microwave. I had to leave food behind because I could not heat it up."

"This hotel is not the absolute greatest. BUT it IS affordable and you get a lot for the price. The breakfast was not the best but not the worst and it was super crowded (but they warned us and we went during peak hours anyway). The room was clean and nice. The staff was GREAT. On the weekend we stayed, the hotel was full to the brim. If I worked there, I'd be mean. I don't know how they stay so lovely and patient and helpful. I would stay here again for sure."

"Room 220 was lovely and may have been newly renovated. Bed was comfortable room was clean. A robe was available for use. Only issues I had was the lighting was not very bright in the bathroom and in the room. Hard to read by. The outlets by the bed didn’t seem to be connected. We had to charge our phones by the desk. Just minor problems. Parking in Franklin one was convenient and more affordable. $27 overnight and just a block from hotel."

"We could not have had a better experience at CitizenM NOMA. The staff was exceptionally kind. The vibes were immaculate - very inclusive and welcoming. They also have the most efficient check-in/check-out I have ever experienced - no waiting in line to check in! The area is also perfect- close to everything but not in the middle of everything and in an area that felt safe, fun and inclusive."

"The hotel’s location and amenities were outstanding. The rooms are very spacious and the customer service was great. The elevators are slow and small so be prepared to wait! Also, there was an incident with one of the onsite restaurant’s staff members Tran who was very rude and unprofessional to the point her manager had to step in and ask her to go to the back! We reported her to the hotel Manager where the unfortunate incident was addressed but we did not allow that to ruin our stay because everything and everyone else at Omni Shoreham was great! We will definitely stay here again."
