"Property has great potential. Great ‘base camp’ for DC family trip. However, everything inside the hotel just took forever. Slow to check in, restaurants took forever to be served and get the bill; even the simple things like getting the elevator or towels for the pool. This by far is an inferior Omni experience compared to many other awesome options. We were quite disappointed with the in-hotel amenities. It appeared they did not know how to manage regular guests and the multiple conferences they hosted during the peak summer travel season. We’d love to be back if things get better. The price point should have created an exceptional experience, but this time is was quite ordinary."

"I stayed here for just one night (sat-sun). The room was clean, all staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. This hotel's location was great with many restaurants/stores in a walkable distance. The train was literally 30 feet away from the hotel's entrance so we caught the train for most our travel and even when we ubered it was 10 minutes or less. Over a good stay for this one night I would definitely come back."

"Room was a little small but perfect for solo travel. Valet was a breeze. I Arrived before check in time but got a phone call as soon as my room was ready, my luggage was stored in a locked room in the meantime. Location was a 5 min walk from the convention center. Food at the bar was great. Overall a great stay. If I find myself in the DC area again this is the first hotel I’m looking into. Thank you"

"My best friend and I just checked out this morning, and we were sad to leave! The restaurant was delicious for brunch yesterday and overall the hotel was very nice. The water pressure was good, beds and pillows comfy, and temperature control was also very nice. We will definitely be returning in the future. Shoutout to staff member Sabrina for literally being the best ever and helping me with a credit card issue I was having — she is a gem and immensely helpful!!!!!"
