"The hotel was a bit outdated. It reminded me of a hotel built in the 60's. I traveled to D.C. with my 16 year old son, and we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean/well kept, and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit tight, but ok for a couple night's stay. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, museums, and Chinatown. My only complaint was that there was no microwave. I had to leave food behind because I could not heat it up."

"The hotel had great amenities and a welcoming lobby that also smelled so good. Both the restaurant and coffee shop exceeded my expectations. We hosted a large event at Pikio Taco, and it was fantastic—the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. Throughout our stay, the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The coffee shop served excellent coffee, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I honestly wasn't expecting much, so it was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable, and while the bathroom was fairly basic, everything was clean and functional. Overall, this was a great place to stay in the area, and I would definitely recommend it to others."

"Room 220 was lovely and may have been newly renovated. Bed was comfortable room was clean. A robe was available for use. Only issues I had was the lighting was not very bright in the bathroom and in the room. Hard to read by. The outlets by the bed didn’t seem to be connected. We had to charge our phones by the desk. Just minor problems. Parking in Franklin one was convenient and more affordable. $27 overnight and just a block from hotel."

"The hotel’s location and amenities were outstanding. The rooms are very spacious and the customer service was great. The elevators are slow and small so be prepared to wait! Also, there was an incident with one of the onsite restaurant’s staff members Tran who was very rude and unprofessional to the point her manager had to step in and ask her to go to the back! We reported her to the hotel Manager where the unfortunate incident was addressed but we did not allow that to ruin our stay because everything and everyone else at Omni Shoreham was great! We will definitely stay here again."
