"Staff was top notch, room was clean and cozy, had all the amenities needed, plenty of electrical outlets, loved the second floor activity and social area, lots of shops and restaurants steps away."

"This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so polite, and the room was spacious (King Premium High Floor) by Japanese standards. Two people and 4 roller bags fit comfortably. My only complaint would be that the bed was very firm, but that’s just a personal preference. This hotel is very close to the Shibuya subway station, and we were able to get around the city very easily using this station as a base. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re looking for nice, clean, convenient accommodations in Tokyo."

"Our room was fantastic and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the signage system for requesting (or not!) room cleaning, and all the attached restaurants were wonderful as well."

"The staff were fantastic, super polite. Service was always prompt and issues handled swiftly. The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america. This is not a fault of the hotel or its staff, just a statement of fact."
