"I had an excellent stay in this hotel! The room is in smaller side, but not too cramped for a solo traveler. The amenities in the property are great and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the public bathhouse, which is a treat after a long day of walking and exploring. Their frontdesk agents were also very helpful and very much professional. I loved their breakfast buffet! The hotel is also close to the Oedo Line, which travels directly to Shinjuku and Shibuya proper (around 5-10 mins ride). It's also surrounded with a bunch of convenience stores and restaurants, which made it easy to grab late night dinner/snacks. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my stay here and would come back in my next visit."

"Fairly good location although bit of a walk to the centre. Clean and well equipped room it’s just that everything is small ie wardrobe, storage, bed and bathroom. "

"Great hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. Luggage forwarding service in reception every morning to send your baggage on. You're in the entertainment district so it's busy, a little noisy, but the location is great and there's lots around. Three stops from Shibuya, Shinjuku station will get you anywhere you need to be. Very much recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku"

"Nice hotel but it was only cleaned or reset if you asked someone downstairs. We stayed for 4 days and our room was cleaned and bins emptied once, otherwise the view was lovely, bed comfy. Also we tried to go to the rooftop bar and it was closed for a private function which was disappointing since it was a part of the hotel we paid to stay at."

"Very central to all we wanted to do in Tokyo. The place was extremely clean. Also, very convenient to have a 7-11 located in the basement of the building. "

"Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they hardly spoke English and made difficult to communicate with staff. I had booked what was a double bed which they made me upgrade my room because it was 3 of us and made me get a triple single bed. So if you book a room for more than 2 people read carefully the bed sizes. Also they put me a room next to construction so you can imagine. Also the bathrooms are a bit outdated so you’re practically paying for the location. "
