The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america. "Triple room was large and enough for 3 adults and 1 baby (in crib). Excellent toiletries/amenities in room and breakfast buffet is worth it in terms of an add-on. It's close to restaurants and the keio department store, but its a far walk from kabukicho and shopping area. Quiet, safe neighbourhood and staff are super polite "
