"The room was clean and staff was excellent. Our dining experience was exceptional. There was a young man that stood out. It was wonderful to see him greet us at breakfast and dinner ever night of our stay. The dinner menu changed daily. Food was exceptional. Views of the mountains off the balcony. Spa facility. Such a lovely stay. Coffee excellent. "

"We loved our stay at Palais Hortenberg. Everything was perfect, from the location across the street from the Archeological Museum where Otzi resides, to proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the Funivia that takes you up into the spectacular hill country above the city. The hotel and staff were top notch. The bed was super comfortable and everything was high tech. This hotel is only 3 years old, and is equipped with the most modern of amenities. Would definitely recommend without reservation. "
