"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel so kindly coordinated a shuttle ride to and from Naples which I highly recommend - it made traveling way less stressful. Once we got to the hotel, the staff were so kind and so helpful. They were able to get us dinner reservations at many different restaurants and helped us navigate the bus system and got us bus tickets. They were very accommodating to us once we checked out because check out was at 11 but our shuttle wasn’t until 3 and we were able to stay and chill at the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was so nice to sit and relax and read and have some snacks and drinks! The hotel was clean and our room was amazing and the balcony was quiet and very nice as well. Breakfast was huge and there were many different options. Overall, this was probably my favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough! Praiano is perfectly relaxing and quiet but also close to Positano and Almafi if you want more of the touristy stuff. We love you guys and thank you for a great couple of days!"
