"Cold water machine often didn’t work. Too many steps with luggage. AC in room was often switched off by staff. Even at lowest temperature, room was too hot. No AC in rest of hotel. Did not remove dirty dishes from room nor give shampoo , soap etc regularly. Just seemed to leave a number of random bottles sometimes. Staff not particularly friendly nor helpful . Breakfast was good and pool was nice "

"Just spend a week at Algarve Casino. The property was lovely and ideally located close to the main street and the beach. We had lovely sea views from our room which in itself was spacious. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated but that did not take away from the overall impressions.
The seawater pool was nice and warmer than that sea. No issues with getting a sunlounger but I can imagine during peak season there might not be enough.
Food for breakfast was good with loads of choices. We did not use the restaurant for lunch or dinner so cannot really provide an opinion.
Staff were generally friendly and tried to help when we had any queries. Overall a lovely place to stay."

This is walking distance to the ocean and beaches but we didn't love the area because it is so busy and touristy. The hotel itself was amazing. Good internet too. "
