Ali was friendly but efficient when checking us in and kudos to the staff working the breakfast as it was literally a stampede of people, rushing to get their food, pitting croissants in the toaster in spite of the obvious sign saying NOT to…and Russell (staff member) was cool, calm and collected, really friendly and chipper. Everyone worked really hard and the minute something ran out, it was immediately replenished. Great work guys. The rooms are a great size and for the price, it’s really good value for money. Only issue is parking and having to pay £6 per day. If they included this cost in the room, no one would bat an eyelid and it would still be competitively priced. "
