"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying...

"Good city centre location, easy access to Portsmouth City and close to public transport options for other places. Unique style of accommodation with "flats" each having 4 ensuite bedrooms and shared kitchen & lounging area."

"Nice place in Portmouth. Everything was as promised and there was dishwasher and also a drying laundry machine. Parking can be a bit challenging but we were able to secure spots easily. All the basics were there and the bed was comfortable. Cooling fan shot some thick dust out so it probably wasn't used for a long time. There was also long standing water in the water boiler so that was kind of disgusting. Luckily we didn't need it. All doors made squeeking sounds when you had windows open...

"It was ok breakfast ok it was a shame when we went for breakfast that a lot of the tables sill had dirty breakfast plates and cups so hard to find a table that was clean I was disappointed to find that I had booked weeks in advance and I could have saved myself a hundred pounds if had book on the day we arrived or last minute so overall it was just ok "

"Friendly front of house, which dealt with our check in quickly and professionally.. The room was adequate, clean and bright.. Breakfast here is to die for..It carers for all tastes.. The lovely chef was chatty and interesting to talk to.. The only thing that I would say is that some of the fruits for breakfast had run out and they still hadn't been replaced by our third day . Overall I would recommend a stay here ."
