"I don't think I've had a more helpful Host than Teresa. Thebptoperty I'd in an unloved street but so central it doesn't matter. There are a lit of stairs so if that's not your thing be careful. But the flat was super clean, quirky and helpful was on hand if needed. I'm not sure I'll be in Modena again but if I am I'll stay with this helpful host."

"Great hotel in a very good location (15 min walk to City center.) Very comfortable room with attentive staff. Had issue 1st night and Emiliano was above and beyond excellent in resolving the issue in the middle of the night. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very quirky suite with lovely paintings adorning the walls. Floors were a bit creaky in that you could hear people upstairs, but, you get used to it. Ideal location as only a 5 minute stroll from the Piazza Majiore and all the adjacent bars and restaurants."

"Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt."

"Gennaro ,at the front desk was exceptional. The most helpful kind gentleman. He exceeds all expectations in mapping out how to get around beautiful Bologna. Gave so many suggestions & wonderful places to dine. You need a bath mat in shower or someone could get seriously hurt. It’s very slippery. Breakfast buffet was delicious"

"Pros: Modern and clean. Contact person accommodating and easily reachable. Easy to reach via bus from Bologna train station. Minor cons: Refrigerator small. No iron in room. Entire safe is easily moved, making utility of safe limited. Initially finding entrance is tricky as it blends into building and not well marked. Overall, pros definitely outweigh cons. 1. As others have stated also, finding front entrance is a bit tricky. It is the farthest left of the front entrances into the building but have to scan building very carefully to find it. 2. Initially came into room booked to find some else's open luggage still in room but no individuals present. Was easily able to reach out to contact person, who got us into an adjacent unoccupied room. 3. Bed is standard European style. Not the most comfortable but not bad."
