"We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights, with 4 youth. On a positive side, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the rooms smell fine and were clean, the breakfast buffet was fantastic (shoutout to our server, Pavel, who made our experience so much better), the location was great (very walkable) and the reception staff was able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms. On a negative side, the bathroom door in one of our rooms was broken, there weren't any robes or sleepers, the pool water was too cold and the hot tub was broken. The hair dryer was also very ineffective, reminded us of a child one, with no actual power. "

"We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient. However, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was kind of cold and stern. and did not mention the $50 beverage credit that we should have got. That was very disappointing and cheesy. "
