"We found the physical hotel to be fine however the staff weren’t great…especially in the restaurant. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or a lack of availability of better people, however they seemed to be somewhat disinterested. As “the best” hotel in the area, we would have expected the staff to be friendlier, so we were a bit disappointed."
