"We traveled as a family and had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Principe. The location is excellent—less than a 5-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station, which was very convenient when arriving and departing the city. We had two rooms. Although they didn’t have a canal view, they were bright, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. One day, we did notice a faint onion smell when opening the window, but it was a one-time occurrence and didn’t impact our overall experience. Breakfast was one of the highlights: very complete and varied, with fresh fruit, real-tasting eggs (not the artificial kind!), a nice assortment of breads, and a good selection of drinks. It was also included in our reservation made through Hotels.com, which was a great plus. The hotel has direct access to the canal, which allowed us to enjoy beautiful views and experience a traditional Venetian moment, with gondolas passing right in front of us. While main attractions like St. Mark’s Square are about a 40-minute walk away, the walk itself is enjoyable and a great way to explore Venice’s charming streets. All in all, a very good option for staying in Venice, especially if you’re arriving by train and traveling with family."

"Great location, private dock to allow for easy transport to/from Airport and train station. Had an issue with our water taxi (day of leaving) and the staff made a call and we were back on track, definitely recommend."

"Really fun visit, so many things opened my eyes , water taxis, churches, walking around, this particular location is not the only place to stay, but it certainly made life easier for me as a solo traveller. Being just a five-minute walk from the water taxi station made our arrival even better, we were thrilled to discover that there are many, many dining options right on its doorstep, ranging from charming local trattorias to upscale restaurants, ensuring we were never short of a fantastic meal. We booked a Grand Canal View room #303 and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. Waking up to the serene waters and the iconic Venetian architecture was a dream come true. The room itself was a haven of comfort and the bed was incredibly comfortable! What truly elevates H10 Palazzo is its exceptional service. Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind. In essence, H10 Palazzo isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our return."
