"We had an extraordinary stay at Senhora da Rosa, Tradition & Nature Hotel. As a family of five who has traveled to destinations like Bora Bora, Paris, and Costa Rica, we can confidently say this was one of the most pampering and comfortable experiences we’ve ever had. The family suite was a dream :complete with bunk beds (each with its own TV), a cozy teepee tent, and child-sized bathrobes that were the cherry on top. It gave our children a magical space of their own while still keeping everything luxurious and effortless for us. The hotel itself felt like pure indulgence, with unique design elements that sparked my inner artist, while keeping our kids engaged with the pool, kids’ club, and thoughtful details. To our delight, the staff even surprised our daughter with a birthday cake, making her feel so special and creating a memory we’ll always treasure. From pizza dinners on the terrace to evenings playing chess in the lounge, every moment was intimate, unique, and picture-perfect: an ideal complement to the natural beauty and relaxed vibe of São Miguel. The service was impeccable as well: the staff went above and beyond, preparing an early breakfast for our 7 a.m. flight and ensuring we had everything we needed for the next day. "The breakfast was really tasty with lots of options and a large indoor and outdoor space. The views and trails right outside the hotel were fabulous. The resort is off on it's own, so you do need to drive to get anywhere. The staff was friendly and informative. We appreciated the beach towel system as well. "
